<Rohs Directive Compliant Products> The "S21S" series of current sensor-related products can be utilized in inverters, motor control, UPS, and welding machines. They feature a low-cost magnetic balance type/current output design, with a connector mounting structure, a through primary conductor, a rated current of 180A, and a power supply voltage of ±15V. The Hall current detector measures current non-contact by combining a magnetic core and a magnetic sensor (Hall element) that generates a magnetic flux proportional to the current, eliminating voltage drop for measurement. It is an ideal device with excellent insulation properties that can measure alternating current, direct current, and mixed AC/DC currents. The magnetic flux generated proportional to the current If is concentrated by the iron core and passes through the Hall element inserted in the gap, outputting a voltage according to the Hall effect described by the formula Vh = k ・ Ic ・ B. The mounting structure is on-board, the primary conductor is built into a busbar, the rated current is 6 to 25A, and the power supply voltage is ±5V.
